Job summary

Asda is seeking an Ambient Manager to drive the day-to-day operation of the Ambient department in Leyton, ensuring top-notch availability and shop floor standards. You will lead the shrink agenda, deliver strong execution, and coach a team to uphold safety and compliance while improving customer service.

You will plan trading activity, manage change, and develop your team to embody the Asda ethos of getting one more item per basket and serving customers with energy and pride.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team to execute trading activity and improve availability.
• Ability to coach and develop team members and drive a service-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute trading activity on the shop floor to deliver availability and key metrics.
• Lead and coach the Ambient team to improve routines and processes and reduce shrink.
• Ensure promotions and stock are landed to brief and available on shelves and end displays.
