You will drive the shrink agenda, coach the Ambient team, and translate strategy into actionable plans to improve service and efficiency across both food and non-food areas.

Qualifications

• Experience as Team Leader or Supervisor in a retail environment.
• Operational knowledge on food or non-food departments.
• Knowledge of improving availability, reducing waste, and managing shrink.
• Experience developing teams and managing change through leadership and building resilience.
• Strong organisational skills and great customer service.

Responsibilities
