You will drive the shrink agenda, lead with impact, and coach your team to deliver tangible results while maintaining a customer-focused, high-service culture.

Qualifications

• Experience as Team Leader or Supervisor in a retail environment.
• Operational knowledge on food or non-food departments.
• Strong organisational skills and customer service.
• Ability to drive strategy into action on the shop floor.
• Experience leading teams and managing change through leadership.
