King’s Academy Ringmer is launching an Alternative Provision led by a passionate QTS-qualified educator to rebuild student confidence and master core literacy and numeracy skills. You will shape curriculum, lead personal development, and create a calm, highly structured learning environment.

Reporting to the SLT, you will engage with colleagues, families and the wider school community to promote inclusion, wellbeing and ambitious outcomes for every pupil.

Qualifications

• Must hold QTS and be committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
• Experience planning and delivering lessons that challenge learners of all abilities.
• Confident in using assessment to inform teaching and improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons across the curriculum.
• Assess and monitor student progress to inform next steps.
• Support enrichment opportunities and contribute to school life and wellbeing.
