Job summary

Aspire People is recruiting ALN Teaching Assistants in Newport to support learners with ALN, SEN, SEMH and complex needs across Further Education. You’ll work 1:1 and in small groups with lecturers to enable access to academic, vocational and practical programmes.

The role requires EWC registration or willingness to obtain it. Immediate starts, full-time and part-time opportunities, and a competitive hourly rate are available.

Qualifications

• Support learners with ALN, SEN, SEMH and complex needs on 1:1 and small-group basis.
• Work with lecturers to help learners access academic, vocational and practical courses.
• Help learners develop confidence, independence and essential life skills.
