Aspire People Limited is actively recruiting ALN Teaching Assistants to support Further Education Colleges and post-16 provisions across South Wales. We offer immediate vacancies with flexible full-time and part-time opportunities and competitive pay of £16.11–£25 per hour, plus a £100 sign-up bonus after 20 days worked.

Join a dedicated education team and help learners build confidence, independence and essential life skills. EWC registration is preferred or willingness to obtain it.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting learners with ALN, SEN, SEMH, or similar on a 1:1 basis or in small groups.
• Ability to deliver inclusive learning and support learners in college/post-16 settings.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Support ALN learners 1:1 and in small groups within FE/post-16 settings.
• Collaborate with lecturers to enable access to academic, vocational, and practical courses.
• Use positive behaviour management to maintain a safe learning environment.
