Aspire People Limited is urgently recruiting ALN Teaching Assistants to support Further Education Colleges and post-16 provisions across South Wales.

We offer immediate starts with competitive hourly pay (£16.11–£25) and a £100 sign-up bonus after 20 days. Roles include flexible full-time and part-time opportunities, long-term and permanent options, plus free CPD and safeguarding training.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting ALN/SEN learners is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Familiarity with behaviour management and safeguarding practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support ALN/SEN learners on a 1:1 basis and in small groups within college and post-16 settings.
• Assist lecturers to enable access to academic, vocational, and practical courses.
• Promote independence, confidence and safe learning environments.
