WHSmith Travel is seeking a Team Leader to guide and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer service, meet business objectives and foster a development‑driven environment. You will help colleagues grow and take pride in creating a safe, compliant store culture across airport locations.

The role requires leadership in fast-paced retail settings, strong communication, and the flexibility to support nearby stores when needed.

Formación

• Current or recent retail leadership experience, preferably in fast-paced environments.
• Working knowledge of KPIs, such as ATV.
• Flexible approach to support other stores in the area when needed.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate clearly and effectively.
• Experience in training and developing employees.

Responsabilidades

• Guide and engage your team to deliver excellent standards and results in line with the Trading plan.
• Create a culture of learning, support and recognition - spotting opportunities for development of personal skills, product knowledge and self-awareness.
