Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a part-time Passenger Assistant to greet and assist Passengers with Restricted Mobility (PRM) across airport operations. You will liaise with passengers and staff, help at drop off/pick up points, and support check-in, security and pre-boarding activities.

The role requires lifting passengers in accordance with manual handling guidelines and compliance with Health & Safety regulations. A valid Right to Work in the UK is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have the Right to Work in the UK.
• Ability to communicate with passengers and staff at all levels.
• Ability to lift passengers in line with manual handling guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet PRM passengers on arrival and departure.
• Assist PRM at drop off/pick up points, check-in, security and pre-boarding.
• Safely transfer passengers from aircraft to airport terminal using equipment.
• Comply with Health & Safety regulations and use equipment responsibly.
