Aufgaben

• Collect passengers from arrival point to escort through security, passport control and to boarding gate.
• Ensure wheelchairs are replenished and distributed across terminals and storage points.
• Assist passengers arriving from aircraft through immigration, passport control and to baggage hall.
• Greet passengers, assess assistance required, explain processes and prep for procedures.
• Assist passengers transferring flights and coordinate with control/supervisor teams.
