Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a dedicated team member to assist passengers with Restricted Mobility (PRM) at our UK airport operations. You will greet travelers, communicate clearly with staff, and provide practical support at check-in, security and boarding to ensure smooth transit through the terminal.

Qualifications

• Right to Work in the UK is required.
• Ability to communicate with people and colleagues at all levels.
• Ability to lift passengers in accordance with manual handling guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet arriving, departing and transferring PRM passengers.
• Communicate effectively with passengers and staff.
• Assist PRM at drop-off/pick-up points, airline check-in, airport security and pre-boarding aircraft.
• Safely transfer passengers from aircraft to terminal using appropriate equipment.
• Comply with Health & Safety regulations.
• Use company equipment responsibly and ensure proper use of all equipment.
