Manchester Airports Group (MAG) is hiring a Deskside Engineer for on-site support at London Stansted Airport. You will provide hands-on IT support for desktops, laptops and mobile devices, and manage Microsoft 365 and Azure services to keep colleagues productive in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with the Technical Operations team to resolve issues quickly, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure incidents align with service targets while adhering to ITIL practices.

Qualificações

• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience managing user accounts in Active Directory.
• Exposure to Azure administration.
• Experience deploying devices and using SCCM.
• Experience troubleshooting desktop, laptop and mobile issues.
• Strong communication with a customer-focused approach.
• ITIL Foundation qualification or equivalent practical experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage incidents and service requests, minimizing disruption to IT services.
• Deliver support against agreed service level targets.
• Provide face-to-face technical support across the airport.
• Support desktops, laptops, tablets and mobile devices.
• Administer user accounts in Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and OS issues.
• Assist third-party suppliers with fault investigation when required.
• Follow documented processes to ensure high-quality service.
