Manchester Airports Group (MAG) is hiring a Deskside Engineer for on-site support at London Stansted Airport. You will provide hands-on IT support for desktops, laptops and mobile devices, and manage Microsoft 365 and Azure services to keep colleagues productive in a fast-paced environment.
You will work with the Technical Operations team to resolve issues quickly, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure incidents align with service targets while adhering to ITIL practices.

As a Deskside Engineer, you'll play a key role in keeping London Stansted Airport connected. Working as part of our Technical Operations team, you'll provide hands‑on IT support across the airport, helping colleagues stay productive and ensuring technology issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
From supporting desktops, laptops and mobile devices to administering Microsoft 365 and Azure services, you'll be at the forefront of delivering excellent customer service in a fast‑paced operational environment. You'll work directly with colleagues across the airport, providing face‑to‑face support, troubleshooting technical issues and helping minimise disruption to critical business systems.
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, helping people and delivering great customer service.
You may already have experience in a deskside support, IT support or service desk environment, or you may be looking to build on a strong technical background in a hands‑on support role.
