Job summary

CEVA Logistics seeks an experienced Air Export Supervisor to lead the London Skyline Office team. You will drive the day-to-day air export operation, ensure timely shipments, and serve as the main escalation point for key customers.

You will coach and develop coordinators, manage workloads, and ensure compliance with DG, customs and security regulations while working closely with airlines and agents.

Qualifications

• Proven air export operations experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Experience leading or supervising a team and developing members.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of export coordinators to deliver high-quality performance.
• Manage daily workloads and ensure shipments meet airline timelines and customer deadlines.
• Act as primary escalation point for key customers and resolve issues quickly.
• Oversee export documentation including checks, invoices, and customs declarations.
• Coordinate with airlines, general sales agents and handling agents to secure bookings.
• Ensure full compliance, security, and regulatory rules are maintained.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements across processes and service delivery.
• Support onboarding, training, and development of team members.
• Collaborate with warehouses, import, finance, and customer service teams.
