Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Hounslow is seeking an experienced Export Customer Service Coordinator to join our Freight Management team. You will manage export orders from receipt to completion, ensuring shipments meet service levels and KPIs while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will coordinate with operations and shared service teams, provide proactive milestone updates, build strong customer relationships, and support growth through account planning and opportunities with Business

Qualifications

• Experience in export freight forwarding and customer service.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage export customer orders and ensure accurate shipment processing within internal systems.
• Coordinate with operational and shared service teams to ensure export shipments are entered and executed correctly.
• Monitor shipments against agreed customer KPIs and service commitments.
• Provide timely milestone updates to customers and act as the primary point of contact for inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention and growth.
• Support development of customer account plans and joint business initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer solutions and expand service offerings.
• Work with Business Development on opportunities, tenders, and proposals.
