Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Service Engineer to join our client’s team. You will service, maintain and repair commercial HVAC systems across a variety of industrial sites, ensuring compliance with safety standards and delivering reliable, high-quality service.

Strong diagnostic skills, an up-to-date F-Gas certification, and a full UK driving licence are essential. IPAF/PASMA qualifications or willingness to obtain them are advantageous for site access

Qualifications

• Proven experience servicing and maintaining commercial air conditioning systems.
• F-Gas Category 1 Certification.
• Full UK driving licence.
• NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds or equivalent in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning or HVAC.
• IPAF and PASMA qualifications (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems.
• Respond to reactive maintenance call-outs and diagnose faults efficiently.
• Service, repair and maintain air conditioning and ventilation equipment.
• Undertake fault finding and complete remedial works where required.
• Inspect equipment to identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
• Complete service reports and maintenance documentation accurately.
• Ensure all work complies with current health and safety legislation.
• Build strong relationships with clients through professional and reliable service.
• Participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota when required.
