Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is recruiting an experienced HVAC/Air Conditioning Engineer for the Central Belt region. You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance on commercial HVAC systems, diagnosing faults and performing service, repairs and preventative tasks across diverse client sites.

The role requires F-Gas Cat 1, NVQ 2/3 in Refrigeration or HVAC, a full UK driving licence, and IPAF/PASMA where applicable. A company vehicle and ongoing training support are provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience servicing and maintaining commercial air conditioning systems.
• F-Gas Category 1 Certification.
• Full UK driving licence.
• NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds or equivalent in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning or HVAC.
• IPAF and PASMA qualifications (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems.
• Respond to reactive maintenance call-outs and diagnose faults efficiently.
• Service, repair and maintain air conditioning and ventilation equipment.
• Undertake fault finding and complete remedial works where required.
• Inspect equipment to identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
• Complete service reports and maintenance documentation accurately.
• Ensure all work complies with current health and safety legislation.
• Build strong relationships with clients through professional and reliable service.
