Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join the team covering the Central Belt region. You will service and maintain commercial HVAC systems, diagnose faults, and carry out planned preventative maintenance on a variety of sites.

The role requires a F-Gas Cat 1, IPAF/PASMA (or willingness to obtain), and a full UK driving licence. A company vehicle is provided and there are genuine progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing and maintaining commercial air conditioning systems.
• F-Gas Category 1 Certification.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning or HVAC.
• IPAF and PASMA qualifications (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems.
• Respond to reactive maintenance call-outs and diagnose faults efficiently.
• Service, repair and maintain air conditioning and ventilation equipment.
• Undertake fault finding and complete remedial works where required.
• Inspect equipment to identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
• Complete service reports and maintenance documentation accurately.
• Ensure all work complies with current health and safety legislation.
• Build strong relationships with clients through professional and reliable service.
• Participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota when required.
