Are you an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer seeking a new opportunity in Exeter? We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading facilities management company, looking for a skilled engineer to join their team on a large site in Gloucester.

Position: Air Conditioning Engineer

Location: Gloucester

Salary: up to GBP50k per annum

Role: Mobile role with van and fuel card, personal use on van

Benefits: 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, Monday to Friday, call out with GBP105

The Role: As a Facilities Maintenance Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance of air conditioning systems on a large site in Plymouth. This includes diagnosing faults, conducting repairs, and ensuring HVAC equipment runs efficiently to maintain a comfortable and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance on air conditioning systems.
• Respond to breakdowns and carry out repairs promptly.
• Diagnose faults and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain client relationships.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Relevant qualifications in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent).
• F-Gas Certification.
• Proven experience in a similar role within facilities management or building services.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
