We are a growing, customer-focused HVAC services company delivering high-quality air-conditioning solutions across residential and commercial sites in the South East. Due to continued expansion, we are seeking a skilled and reliable Air-Conditioning Engineer to join our mobile team based out of High Wycombe.

The Role

As a mobile air-conditioning engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, fault finding, and maintenance of air-conditioning systems across a range of domestic and commercial properties. This is a field-based position covering High Wycombe and surrounding regions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Installation of split and multi-split AC systems (Daikin, Mitsubishi, Toshiba, etc.)

• Routine service and maintenance of air-conditioning and ventilation systems

• Diagnosis and repair of system faults and breakdowns

• Completing job sheets and reports via mobile tablet

• Ensuring all work is carried out in line with F-Gas and health & safety standards

• Liaising with customers and clients in a professional manner

Requirements

• F-Gas Category 1 certification (valid and in date)

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Air Conditioning

& Refrigeration (City & Guilds preferred)

• Full UK driving licence

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role

• Competent working independently on both

residential and light commercial sites

• Basic electrical fault-finding skills

• Experience with AHUs, VRV/VRF systems
