This is a full-time, on-site role for an Air Conditioning Engineer based in Greater London. The Air Conditioning Engineer will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks on HVAC systems, ensuring the efficient operation of building services, and managing overall facility management (FM) activities. Daily tasks include inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing air conditioning systems, as well as conducting routine maintenance checks and responding to service requests promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience in Building Maintenance and Facility Management (FM)
• Knowledge of Building Services and HVAC systems
• Skills in Maintenance & Repair of air conditioning systems
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
