Job summary

83zero Limited is seeking an AI Transformation Engineer to redesign how the business operates using AI, automation, data and modern technology. You’ll embed across Finance, People, Sales, Customer and Operations to map workflows, identify friction and then design and build better ways of working.

You’ll own problems end-to-end: Discover, Design, Build, Deploy, Measure, Scale. You’ll deliver AI-enabled solutions, API integrations and dashboards that drive efficiency and smarter decisions across

Qualifications

Experience designing or building production technology solutions.
Strong knowledge of data modeling, APIs and integrations.
Experience with SaaS and enterprise platforms.
Exposure to AI, LLMs or intelligent automation.
Coding capability with low-code/no-code tools.
Understanding of security, permissions and governance.
Ability to transform ambiguous problems into practical tech solutions.

Responsibilities

Identify inefficient processes, bottlenecks and opportunities for transformation.
Understand how data, systems, people and processes connect across the organisation.
Design and build AI-enabled solutions including agents, copilots, automated workflows and dashboards.
Prototype quickly and turn ideas into production-ready solutions.
Integrate existing SaaS and enterprise platforms using APIs.
Redesign processes to improve efficiency and drive adoption with leadership.
Measure impact on efficiency, speed, accuracy, cost and decision-making.
Build reusable solutions, documentation and operating standards for scale.
