Job summary

Kernel is seeking a Client Delivery Lead to bridge customer needs and technical execution in enterprise deals. You will translate complex requirements into practical, high-impact solutions and ensure proofs of concept are accurate, scalable and positioned for success.

You’ll partner with Account Executives, Product and Engineering to navigate questions, troubleshoot challenges, and shape solutions that deliver value for clients.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in a client-facing analytical or technical role.
• Technical fluency with APIs and JavaScript.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with clients.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives as the technical expert.
• Run and deliver high quality POCs on a timely manner.
• Lead the full implementation cycle from kick-off to go-live.
• Architect, build, and deploy bespoke AI agents using Kernel’s tooling.
• Act as a trusted advisor for your portfolio of clients.
• Provide feedback to the Product team to ensure continuous improvement.
