Job summary

Kernel is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer in London to bridge customer needs and technical execution in enterprise deals. You’ll translate complex requirements into practical, scalable solutions, collaborating with Account Executives, Product and Engineering to deliver high-value engagements for our clients.

You will lead POCs, own end-to-end implementation, and guide customers through technical challenges while aligning with Kernel’s rapidly evolving AI tooling and roadmap.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in a client-facing analytical or technical role (Solutions Engineering, Implementations, Technical Account Management or Consulting).
• Technical fluency (APIs, JavaScript) and data systems understanding.
• Strong product sensibility and customer-focused scope control.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives as the technical expert in late-stage cycles.
• Run and deliver high-quality POCs on schedule.
• Lead and own the full implementation cycle from kick-off to go-live.
• Architect, build, and deploy bespoke AI agents using Kernel’s tooling.
• Act as trusted advisor for your client portfolio.
