Neural Concept is seeking a Solutions Engineer in the UK to bridge engineering credibility with AI-powered solutions. You will lead discovery, define strategic AI roadmaps, and deliver tailored demos, while shaping proposals and guiding pre-sales to delivery transitions.

You bring an engineering background, CAD/CAE experience, and strong Python skills, with a client-facing mindset to drive expansion opportunities across engineering teams and VPs.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with CAD/CAE experience.
• Fluent in English and excellent communication skills.
• Client-facing experience in pre-sales or consulting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and frame technically feasible use cases.
• Define AI strategy and roadmaps for accounts with commercial grounding.
• Create client-tailored demos and co-own Statements of Work.
• Collaborate with Sales and ensure smooth pre-sales to delivery transitions.
