Job summary

Neural Concept seeks a Solutions Engineer to bridge engineering credibility and strategic influence in the UK. You will translate CAD/CAE workflows into AI-enabled solutions, guiding pre-sales from discovery to signed SOW and remaining the technical compass throughout the client lifecycle.

You will lead tailored demos, shape account roadmaps, and collaborate with Sales and the Forward Deployed Engineering team to ensure smooth transitions to delivery and opportunities for expansion.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with CAD/CAE workflow understanding.
• Fluent English and client-facing experience.
• Strong communication and advisory skills.
• Ability to lead discovery and present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to identify impact and feasible use cases.
• Define AI strategy and roadmap per account, translating capabilities into a multi-horizon vision.
• Deliver client-tailored demos and presentations grounded in engineering workflows.
• Co-own the Statement of Work and support pre-sales to delivery transitions.
• Drive user adoption and expansion opportunities across technical users and managers.
• Collaborate with Sales and Forward Deployed Engineering to surface client insights.
