Job summary

Meta is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant for Meta Business Agent to serve as a subject matter expert in the AI agent experience. You will bridge customers, support operations, and engineering to resolve complex technical challenges, influence product improvements, and ensure customers leverage Meta Business Agent across messaging platforms.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in Business, CS, Engineering, Digital Marketing, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in operations, support, technical solutions, or product in a technical environment.
• Working knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP, APIs) with hands-on troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-touch resolution for Meta's strategic Business Messaging Partners.
• Develop deep expertise across Meta Business Agent and Business Messaging.
• Break down and resolve complex technical issues using debug tools and logs.
• End-to-end issue resolution, file bugs, document steps, partner with cross-functional teams.
• Drive scale in support funnel, enable agents to resolve issues earlier.
• Act as a trusted advisor on Meta Business Agent product.
