Job summary

Zendesk is seeking an AI Services Consultant to drive technical solutions for customers deploying Zendesk AI. You will guide complex configurations, remove roadblocks, and ensure rapid time-to-value while delivering measurable business impact through strategic advisory and project leadership.

You will work with Customer Success and Sales, applying your consulting expertise to accelerate adoption, optimize configurations, and deliver successful AI projects on schedule and with high quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consulting/professional services experience.
• Experience in go-to-customer/GTM roles in enterprise technology or SaaS.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field; advanced degrees and AI strategy/project management certs preferred.
• Experience managing AI adoption programs with impact on retention or satisfaction.
• Fluent in English; strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on implementing and optimizing Zendesk AI products.
• Facilitate change management processes and deliver consultative sessions for adoption and integration.
• Accountable for timely and successful delivery of AI projects with high quality.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to align on AI Roadmap and address challenges.
• Develop solutions that drive measurable customer outcomes and business impact.
