Job summary

Meta seeks a Client Solutions Manager to partner with top strategic clients, leading strategy, media planning, and measurement across fashion/retail verticals. You will act as a trusted adviser, build ROI-positive marketing strategies, and drive adoption of Meta advertising solutions while guiding analytics-driven decisions.

You will manage complex opportunities, deliver insights from large datasets, and educate advertisers on product capabilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in ad sales, marketing, media, and/or consulting.
• Proven track record in Client Solutions Manager role and driving impact on solution adoption, revenue, and operational rigor.
• Deep experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends.
• Highly technical and analytical, comfortable with large datasets and delivering insights.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, marketing science and creative teams.
• Ability to communicate progress of strategic initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven storytelling through data visualization and driving insight-based hypotheses.
• Experience with Meta’s full suite of advertising solutions.
• Experience with consumer retail brands, especially fashion retail.
• Self-starter, able to work independently with high intensity and urgency.
• Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development and staying current with AI technologies.
• Experience with global brands across EMEA and the US.

The Client Solutions Manager partners with our most strategic clients to make sure they are successful with Meta. This is an opportunity to build and manage key relationships, serve as a consultative product expert and a trusted adviser in marketing, leading strategy, media planning, creative, tech integration, and measurement for our top clients across various verticals mainly Fashion/Dept stores.. The Client Solutions Manager is a strategic solution-driver with a focus on developing ROI-positive marketing strategies, driving growth by constantly improving performance for advertisers and implementing measurement & attribution solutions.

This role is responsible for optimizing complex opportunities and using data and analytics to build consultative and technical solutions for our customers, providing business insights, driving revenue, advertiser education, and satisfaction through a consultative, data-driven approach.

You should have passion for Facebook, Instagram, Meta’s advertising solutions and the overall marketing/tech ecosystem.

• 8+ years of experience in ad sales, marketing, media, and/or consulting
• Track record of excelling in Client Solution Manager role and driving impact on solution adoption, revenue, and operational rigor
• Demonstrated experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends (Deep performance marketing experience is key, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships)
• Highly technical and analytical, comfortable with large and complex datasets, and delivering actionable insights
• Experience collaborating, communicating, and influencing internal and external stakeholders, including cross-functional teams including engineering, product, marketing science and creative teams
• Experience clearly communicating the progress of strategic initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, including the capacity to synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly
• Proven track record in storytelling through data visualization, developing insight-based hypotheses and driving learning plans to build compelling business cases and influence key decisions
• Experience of Meta’s full suite of advertising solutions
• Experience working with consumer retail businesses and fashion retail brands
• Self-starter and capacity to work independently with high intensity and urgency
• Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
• Experience of working with global brands and clients across EMEA and the US
• Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
