Meta is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant to bridge advertising and business platform technologies, diagnosing complex integration challenges and guiding partners through Meta's APIs, SDKs, and measurement products.

You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, and client success to ensure partners can effectively leverage Meta's platform capabilities to drive business outcomes.

Formación

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Digital Marketing, or related degree.
• 4+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or technical account management.
• 4+ years with web technologies: REST APIs, JavaScript, and server-side languages (Python, PHP, Node.js).
• Experience diagnosing and resolving technical integration issues across advertising measurement and data pipelines.
• Ability to communicate technical solutions to both implementers and business stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with product/engineering to turn feedback into platform improvements.
• Familiarity with advertising tech platforms, including troubleshooting pixels, APIs, ad servers, or measurement integrations.
• Knowledge of digital advertising measurement concepts like attribution modeling and event tracking.
• Experience developing technical documentation, integration playbooks, or enablement resources for partner self-service.
• Proven ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows and drive measurable impact.
• Continued AI skill development and staying current with AI technologies.
• Experience using SQL to investigate platform usage patterns.
• Experience adhering to responsible, ethical AI practices.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, lightweight agents, or AI-integrated processes.
• Experience applying AI tools to improve efficiency in analysis, troubleshooting, documentation, or workflow automation.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a primary technical contact for partners integrating with Meta's advertising APIs and measurement tools.
• Diagnose and resolve complex integration issues across Meta's marketing and commerce platforms.
• Design scalable technical solutions aligned with partner needs and Meta's architecture.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to surface issues and influence roadmap.
• Develop and maintain technical docs, guides, and playbooks for partner self-service.
• Analyze partner integration health data to identify risks and optimization opportunities.
• Translate technical concepts into actionable guidance for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Engage cross-functional teams to align on partner needs and escalated issues.
• Provide input into team goals and improve consulting methodologies.
• Build relationships with partner technical leads to strengthen platform adoption.
