Job summary

Meta is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant to bridge advertising and business platform technologies, diagnosing complex integration challenges and guiding partners through Meta's APIs, SDKs, and measurement products.

You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, and client success to ensure partners can effectively leverage Meta's platform capabilities to drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Digital Marketing, or related degree.
• 4+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or technical account management.
• 4+ years with web technologies: REST APIs, JavaScript, and server-side languages (Python, PHP, Node.js).
• Experience diagnosing and resolving technical integration issues across advertising measurement and data pipelines.
• Ability to communicate technical solutions to both implementers and business stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with product/engineering to turn feedback into platform improvements.
• Familiarity with advertising tech platforms, including troubleshooting pixels, APIs, ad servers, or measurement integrations.
• Knowledge of digital advertising measurement concepts like attribution modeling and event tracking.
• Experience developing technical documentation, integration playbooks, or enablement resources for partner self-service.
• Proven ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows and drive measurable impact.
• Continued AI skill development and staying current with AI technologies.
• Experience using SQL to investigate platform usage patterns.
• Experience adhering to responsible, ethical AI practices.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, lightweight agents, or AI-integrated processes.
• Experience applying AI tools to improve efficiency in analysis, troubleshooting, documentation, or workflow automation.

In this role, you will diagnose complex integration challenges, design scalable solutions, and guide partners through the technical implementation of Meta's APIs, SDKs, and measurement products. You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, and client success to ensure partners can effectively leverage Meta's platform capabilities to drive business outcomes.,

• 1. Serve as a primary technical point of contact for partners and clients integrating with Meta's advertising APIs, conversion measurement tools, and business platform products
• 2. Diagnose and resolve complex technical integration issues across Meta's marketing and commerce platform ecosystem, including pixel implementation, server-side API integrations, and data connectivity
• 3. Design and communicate scalable technical solutions that align partner implementation needs with Meta's platform architecture and best practices
• 4. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to surface partner-reported technical issues, advocate for platform improvements, and influence the product roadmap
• 5. Develop and maintain technical documentation, integration guides, and solution playbooks to enable partners to self-serve and scale their implementations
• 6. Analyze partner integration health data and platform usage signals to proactively identify risks and recommend optimization strategies
• 7. Translate complex technical concepts and platform capabilities into clear, actionable guidance for both technical and non-technical stakeholder audiences
• 8. Engage cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and partner management to align on partner needs and drive resolution of escalated technical issues
• 9. Provide technical input into team-level goals and contribute to the continuous improvement of consulting methodologies and support frameworks
• 10. Build and maintain relationships with technical leads and decision-makers at partner organizations to strengthen long-term platform adoption and integration quality

• 11. BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Digital Marketing, or related degree
• 12. 4+ years of experience in a technical consulting, solutions engineering, or technical account management role supporting API or platform integrations
• 13. 4+ years of experience working with web technologies, including REST APIs, JavaScript, and server-side programming languages such as Python, PHP, or Node.js
• 14. Experience diagnosing and resolving technical integration issues across advertising measurement, data pipelines, or marketing technology platforms
• 15. Experience communicating technical solutions and integration guidance to both technical implementers and non-technical business stakeholders
• 16. Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams to translate partner or client feedback into actionable platform improvements,
• 17. Experience with advertising technology platforms (Meta or otherwise), including technical troubleshooting of pixels, APIs, ad servers, or measurement integrations
• 18. Familiarity with digital advertising measurement concepts such as attribution modeling, event tracking, and privacy-preserving measurement approaches
• 19. Experience developing technical documentation, integration playbooks, or enablement resources that support partner self-service at scale
• 20. Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
• 21. Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
• 22. Experience using data analysis tools or querying languages such as SQL to investigate platform usage patterns and inform solution recommendations
• 23. Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
