Job summary

Marmion is seeking a Professional Services Manager in Leeds to lead and deliver complex projects for customers post go-live, translating requirements into practical automation solutions. You will build governance, methodologies, and a scalable delivery function, mentor a growing team, and shape the customer journey across Professional Services and Onboarding.

This role offers a clear path to Director level as the business scales.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex Professional Services projects.
• Ability to scope and design technical solutions from customer requirements.
• Proven track record of building automation workflows and integrations.
• Experience growing and developing a Professional Services team.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing Professional Services projects, managing scope, delivery, stakeholder communication and commercial performance.
• Establish the delivery methodologies, governance frameworks and estimation processes required to support a scalable Professional Services function.
• Develop new value-added services including consultancy, optimisation, training and managed services.
• Monitor utilisation, customer satisfaction and project performance, driving continuous improvement across service delivery.
