Job summary

Marmion partners with a well-funded, high-growth AI SaaS start-up to recruit a Customer Solutions Consultant. You will join a customer-facing team that designs, configures, and delivers customer solutions from pre-sales through onboarding and early adoption.

In this role, you will map workflows, configure integrations, and guide customers to realise measurable value. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and configuring customer workflows using APIs, integrations, and automation tools.
• Experience with SaaS platforms such as CRM, FSM, or automation tools.
• Experience with Field Service Management software (e.g., Joblogic, Simpro).
• Commercial awareness and confidence in sales-led conversations.

Responsibilities

• Join customer calls to understand processes and identify where automation adds value.
• Map out scalable workflows reflecting how each customer operates.
• Configure customer workflows using APIs, integrations and automation tools.
• Lead customers through structured onboarding plans with timelines and expectations.
• Act as trusted advisor to refine and optimise workflows post-launch.
• Encourage adoption by identifying opportunities to expand customer usage.
• Help customers achieve measurable value and clear ROI.
• Share customer insights with Product and Development to influence improvements.
• Provide feedback on integration needs and onboarding processes.
