Job summary

Vertice, a London-based AI-native procurement platform, is seeking a technically focused Solutions Consultant to own onboarding and implementation for new customers. You will partner with customers across industries, turning bespoke processes into clean, AI-powered workflows from day one.

In this hands-on role, you’ll design integrations, build custom configurations, and troubleshoot implementations directly, feeding insights back to the product team to shape future releases.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of work experience, including 2-3 years in a solutions consultant, project management, or functional advisory role.
• Proficiency in delivering multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Bonus if comfortable with software configuration and integrations and reading JSON/API docs.

Responsibilities

• Own the full onboarding and implementation lifecycle for new customers across multiple projects.
• Configure Intake to Procure and broader platform to fit each customer, avoiding one-size-fits-all setups.
• Advise on integrating and embedding Vertice's workflows into existing systems as the primary technical contact.
• Use AI-powered insights to speed configuration, identify issues early, and reduce busywork.
• Run training sessions to enable customers to run the platform independently and keep implementations on track.
