Job summary

Kainos in Belfast is seeking a Pre Sales Technical Consultant to shape credible digital solutions for complex customer challenges across the sales lifecycle.

You will partner with Sales, Bid, Delivery, Architecture and SMEs to translate customer needs into practical, commercially viable propositions, lead demonstrations and craft compelling bid responses. The role requires strong communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills in a client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-sales, solution consulting or related client-facing digital services roles.
• Ability to translate customer problems into practical, commercially viable technology solutions.
• Experience contributing to bids, tenders or complex sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders.
• Lead discovery conversations and solution shaping activities.
• Translate customer needs into credible digital solutions and propositions.
• Own technical solution narrative for bids and proposals.
• Develop high-quality written responses explaining the solution and delivery.
