Job summary

Kainos in the United Kingdom is seeking an ABS Business Consultant to lead discovery, advisory and shaping engagements. You will guide multidisciplinary teams to turn client needs into delivery approaches, platform strategies and operating models.

You will partner with Product Owners and delivery teams to shape MVPs, roadmaps and value cases, ensuring adoption, governance and measurable outcomes across Microsoft Business Applications, Copilot and AI-enabled services.

Qualifications

• Experience leading consulting, discovery, advisory activities in tech-enabled change.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation, with influencing skills.
• Analytical skills to map processes, define requirements and MVPs.
• Knowledge of Power Platform or Microsoft Business Applications, Copilot.
• Understanding of change management and benefits realisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, advisory and shaping activities with clients.
• Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders across priorities.
• Evaluate options balancing value, feasibility, risk and cost.
• Shape MVPs, backlogs and roadmaps with delivery teams.
• Define value cases and benefit indicators for outcomes.
• Advise on platform and operating models for adoption.
• Provide customer-facing outputs like assessments and roadmaps.
