Social Value Portal Ltd in London is seeking a Sales Automation Specialist to own and optimise an AI-driven sales engine, from prospect research to handover. You will manage inbound MQLs, coordinate with Marketing and the Business Development team, and refine outbound sequences to improve conversions.

The role requires hands-on SDR/SDR-like experience, strong CRM and sales-engagement tooling skills, and a solid grasp of UK PECR/GDPR.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing an inbound or outbound sales function (SDR, MDR, sales ops or similar).
• Confident in a CRM and sales-engagement tooling.
• Ability to judge AI-generated messages for tone, targeting and compliance quickly.
• Solid understanding of outbound email deliverability: domain warming, sender reputation, list hygiene.
• Working knowledge of UK PECR and GDPR for B2B marketing outreach, or the ability to learn quickly.

Responsabilités

• Monitor automated workflows that research, enrich and reach out to prospects, tracking conversion through to SQL.
• Run AI agents sending outbound sequences across email and LinkedIn, correcting drift in tone.
• Own inbound marketing-qualified leads, qualifying each one before handover to the right BDM.
• Review AI-generated messages before and after send to catch quality and compliance issues.
• Keep CRM data clean, report on response rates and conversion, escalate lead or message quality issues.
