Job summary

A&O Shearman is seeking a Senior AI Engineer (Manager) to lead the AI Platform within the IT (EA & Technology Platforms) team, based at Belfast. You will drive strategy, design, and delivery of advanced AI/ML use cases across the firm, mentoring a skilled team and coordinating with third-party providers to deliver scalable AI capabilities.

• Ensure full lifecycle of AI solutions from development to deployment.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture leadership on AI strategy.
