Job summary

• Lead strategy, design and implementation of AI/ML use cases across the firm.
• Manage and motivate a team of IT professionals and coordinate external providers.
• Oversee full lifecycle of AI solutions: development, validation and deployment.
• Ensure scalable architecture and integration with other systems.
• Drive continuous improvement of the AI platform and feedback to leadership.
• Maintain strong relationships with fee earners and business teams.
• Define and operate the firm's AI strategy with IT leadership.
• Mentor the AI Engineering team and align with HR policies.
• Coordinate regular service provider reviews and drive innovation.
