Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Senior Specialist Solutions Architect (ML & AI) in London to guide enterprise customers in building production-grade ML/AI apps on the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform. You will mentor peers and advance GenAI, MLOps, and LLMOps while staying at the forefront of AI tech.

You will work with Solution Architects to design end-to-end pipelines, optimize training and inference, and contribute to AI strategy across cloud services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on DS/ML experience with production workloads.
• Experience with distributed Spark based systems.
• Pre-sales or post-sales experience with external clients.

Responsibilities

• Architect production-grade ML and AI workloads including end-to-end pipelines and MLOps lifecycle management.
• Lead GenAI solutions focusing on RAG architectures, agentic systems, AI observability, and data querying.
• Provide advanced technical support during the sales cycle by building MVPs and running deep-dive sessions.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to voice customer needs and influence the AI roadmap.
