Job summary

Aviva plc is seeking an AI Platforms Change Business Analyst to drive adoption of AI capabilities on the Oasis Platform across business and technology functions. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Delivery and Operations to define future-state ways of working, design scalable operating models, and ensure AI-enabled capabilities are embedded into the organisation.

This role blends business analysis with change management to maximise value.

Qualifications

Experience in business analysis and organisational change for complex transformations.
Designing and documenting Target Operating Models (TOMs), future-state processes, and business capabilities.
Excellent stakeholder management across business, tech and operations.
Experience with impact assessments, process improvements and change readiness planning.
Strong facilitation, workshops and requirement-gathering skills.

Responsibilities

Drive adoption and evolution of Aviva's AI capabilities on the Oasis Platform.
Define future-state ways of working and scalable operating models.
Embed AI-enabled capabilities across the organisation with change management.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Delivery and Operations across functions.
Lead workshops and capture business requirements and change artefacts.
