Job summary

Aviva is seeking an AI Change Business Analyst to drive adoption and evolution of AI capabilities on the Oasis Platform across the organisation. You will assess impact on people, processes, governance, and operations, partnering with Product, Engineering, Delivery and Operations to design scalable operating models.

You will shape future-state ways of working, embed AI-enabled capabilities, and combine business analysis with change management to maximise value from Aviva's AI investments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business analysis and organisational change.
• Strong experience designing Target Operating Models (TOMs), future-state processes, and business capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience conducting impact assessments and change readiness planning.
• Strong facilitation, workshop leadership and documentation skills.
