Job summary
Aviva plc is seeking an AI Platforms Business Analyst to shape and deliver next‑gen AI capabilities across the organisation. You will translate business needs into clear requirements and work with Product Owners, Delivery Leads, and engineers to ensure value-driven delivery.
The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, discovery support, and defining platform capabilities in a fast‑changing AI landscape. Flexible working is available across multiple locations in the UK.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business analysis within technology, digital, data, or platform delivery environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with experience leading workshops and gathering requirements.
- Experience creating and managing user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and other BA artefacts.
- Ability to simplify complex business and technical concepts for decision-making.
- Good understanding of Agile delivery methodologies including backlog refinement and prioritisation.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
- Partner with Product Owners, Delivery Leads, Engineers, Architects and stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and delivered.
- Support discovery activities, define platform capabilities, and help teams build scalable, reusable solutions.
