Aviva plc is seeking an AI Platforms Change Business Analyst to drive adoption of AI capabilities on the Oasis Platform across business and technology functions. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Delivery and Operations to define future-state ways of working, design scalable operating models, and ensure AI-enabled capabilities are embedded into the organisation.

This role blends business analysis with change management to maximise value.

AI Platforms Change Business Analyst

Salary circa £72,000 subject to skills and experience

Locations: Bristol/ Eastleigh/ Manchester/ Norwich / York/ Birmingham/ Leeds/ Glasgow/ Sheffield/ Leatherhead

About the role

As an AI Change Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful adoption and evolution of Aviva's AI capabilities through the Oasis Platform. Working at the intersection of business transformation, technology, and operating model design, you will assess the impact of platform change across people, processes, governance, and business operations.

You will partner with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Delivery, Operations, and the wider business to define future-state ways of working, design scalable operating models, and ensure new AI-enabled capabilities are successfully embedded into the organisation. This role requires a strategic and analytical mindset, combining business analysis expertise with change management skills to maximise the value and adoption of AI investments across Aviva.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in business analysis and organisational change, supporting complex transformation initiatives from discovery through implementation.
• Strong experience designing and documenting Target Operating Models (TOMs), future-state processes, and business capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across business, technology, and operational teams.
• Demonstrated experience conducting impact assessments, process improvement activities, and business readiness planning to support successful adoption of change.
• Strong facilitation, workshop leadership, and documentation skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, business cases, and change artefacts.

• Salary: circa £72,000(depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
