Job summary

Aviva is seeking an AI Platforms Change Business Analyst to drive adoption and evolution of AI capabilities on the Oasis Platform. You will partner with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Delivery, Operations, and the wider business to define future-state ways of working and embed new AI-enabled capabilities across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business analysis and organisational change, supporting complex transformation initiatives from discovery through implementation.
• Strong experience designing and documenting Target Operating Models (TOMs), future-state processes, and business capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across business, technology, and operational teams.
• Demonstrated experience conducting impact assessments, process improvement activities, and business readiness planning to support successful adoption of change.
• Strong facilitation, workshop leadership, and documentation skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, business cases, and change artefacts.

• Assess impact on people, processes, governance, and operations.
