Job summary

Connexai, based in Manchester, is seeking an Enterprise Support Engineer to join our 2nd Line Support team. You will investigate complex issues, analyse logs, and troubleshoot software behaviour, while supporting enterprise customers across our platform.

You'll work with PostgreSQL, APIs, JSONata and integrations, collaborating with Development and AI teams to deliver solutions. The role includes ownership of projects and direct customer interaction as you grow in a hands-on technical position.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work with customers and stakeholders.
• Experience supporting software or technical products.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues
• Analyse logs, data and system behaviour
• Write and troubleshoot PostgreSQL queries
• Support APIs, integrations and data flows
• Configure and improve AI voice and chat solutions
• Work with Development teams on escalations
• Deliver customer projects from requirements through to implementation
