Job summary

AURELIUS Group is seeking a Manager, AI & Automation (m/f/d) to transform operations across its UK portfolio. You will engage with C‑level executives and business teams to identify automation opportunities and drive measurable value.

With 5–8 years in consulting, technology, or automation, you will design prototypes, coordinate partners, and develop business cases for AI initiatives, including scalable frameworks and ongoing monitoring of results.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in economics, engineering, or computer science.
• 5–8 years of professional experience in consulting, technology, process automation or a start-up/scale-up environment.
• Confident with engaging with C-level stakeholders and communicating complex topics clearly.
• Hands-on experience delivering digital, data-driven or AI/automation projects.
• Experience with workflow and process automation tools such as Make, Zapier, n8n, UiPath, Power Automate.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with C-level executives and business functions to identify automation opportunities.
• Conduct structured process analyses to capture, assess and prioritise improvement potential.
• Design, prototype and implement AI and automation solutions with internal and external partners.
• Manage and coordinate technology partners, startups and consultancies to ensure measurable value creation.
• Develop reusable frameworks and best practices to scale automation initiatives.
