Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd. seeks an experienced AI Business Analyst to drive AI-led transformation across multiple functions, identifying high-value opportunities and turning them into practical AI-enabled solutions.

You will map processes, create future-state workflows, write user stories, and collaborate with Engineers, Data, Security and business teams to ensure safe, scalable AI implementations and successful rollouts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Business Analysis / Transformation
• Strong process improvement and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Power Apps or Azure AI Services) and understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation and responsible AI

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritise high-value AI and automation opportunities
• Map current processes and design future-state, AI-enabled workflows
• Translate business challenges into AI use cases, requirements, user stories and success measures
• Work with Engineers, Data, Security and business teams to develop safe, scalable AI solutions
• Support POCs, pilots and rollouts, including testing, acceptance criteria and business readiness
• Help drive change, training and adoption of new AI-enabled ways of working
• Track benefits including productivity, cost savings, adoption and AI/token usage
• Develop reusable prompt libraries, AI workflows, templates and best-practice materials
