Job summary

Snowflake in the United Kingdom is seeking a Solution Engineer to partner with account teams and channel partners to understand customer needs and translate Snowflake capabilities into practical data solutions. You will guide prospects through evaluation, proof of concept, and design implementation, shaping technical wins.

You will work hands-on with customers, accelerate adoption, and stay current with data tech trends such as cloud analytics, dbt, Spark, and modern DevOps tooling, while

Qualifications

Experience in a SaaS environment or relevant data analytics/engineering space.
Outstanding presentation skills to technical and executive audiences.
Strong understanding of data architecture, analytics and cloud technology.
Hands-on experience with SQL.
Ability to translate technical capabilities into customer value.

Responsibilities

Present Snowflake’s technology and vision to executives and technical contributors.
Demonstrate and communicate Snowflake value throughout the sales cycle from demo to PoC to design and implementation.
Develop technical champions to drive deals and achieve technical wins.
Stay at the cutting edge of Snowflake technology and present roadmap features to customers/prospects.
Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering and Marketing to improve Snowflake’s products and messaging.
Work with ecosystem and implementation partners to design joint architectures for customer success.
