Job summary

SnapLogic is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to act as a trusted technical adviser on customers’ AI journeys. You will work with the Director, AI Center of Excellence to uncover pilot use cases, demonstrate measurable value against KPIs, and identify expansion opportunities while guiding executives through strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing, hands-on advisory role with enterprise customers.
• Ability to translate AI concepts into strategic business imperatives and ROI.
• Experience with enterprise data and application integration.
• Solid understanding of AI/LLM concepts, including prompt engineering, governance, model selection, tool design, and cost trade-offs.
• Ability to coordinate across Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver outcomes.
